At Woodcore, I've tackled some of the toughest challenges of my career. The toughest challenge is the design of a core banking ERP software. This back office infrastructure has enabled Microfinance institutions, Fintechs and other financial institutions manage banking operations like Customer creation, Savings account creation, Loan creation and lifecycle management.

I led the implementation of design best practices, including design sprints, ideation sessions, critiques, and user testing. Additionally, I established and maintained design systems and documentation libraries with regular system catch ups to maintain consistency across the product org as we scaled.

Working closely with agile teams across the product, including Product managers, Designers, Engineers, Product Owners and Data Analysts, we collectively pursued the goal of measuring and improving the customer experience.
